FAQ

What do I need?

A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) running macOS 12 or later, and ride footage from a GoPro HERO / MAX or Insta360 camera. Any other camera works too if you have a GPX track from a GPS logger.

Is my footage uploaded anywhere?

No. RCOS does all its work on your Mac. It only goes online for map tiles and to download its auto-aim model the first time you use it.

How do I get the app after buying?

Checkout emails you a download link. Open the DMG, drag Ride Command OS to Applications and open it. It's signed and notarized by Apple, so there are no security warnings to click through.

Is it a subscription?

No. It's a one-time $9.99 purchase.

What about Windows?

Windows 2.0 is on the way. Until then, the free Windows beta is available above.
